Warranty FAQ
Just call us at (828) 555-0199. Describe the issue and we'll schedule a visit. If it's covered by our warranty, there's no charge. We keep records of all work so we can verify coverage quickly.
Warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear. It also doesn't cover damage from external factors like flooding or freezing. But our workmanship is always covered.
Yes! If you sell your home, our labor warranty transfers to the new owner for the remainder of the warranty period. This adds value to your home sale.
